The purpose of the side by side(p) assignment is for me to be able to show my ability to concentrate and understand the importance of both estimation and care think when working with customers suffering with a mental wellness trouble within my care as a student nurse, and how these come on the recovery and independence of the client receiving care.
In order for me to be able to achieve the purpose of this assignment I volition be involved in an assessment of a client in my care setting, which will explore the mental health problems that they are currently faced with. For this I will be using the Recovery Star model alongside opposite frameworks and legislation, which will be further explained during the assignment. Using the information gained during the assessment I will outline a care design for the client, which will be specific to their individual needs. This will embroil any roles of other professionals and therapeutic interventions that are involved in the recovery of the client.
To ensure confidentiality is maintained the patients name has been changed to a anonym in order to conform to the nursing and midwifery council economy of conduct (nursing and midwifery council [NMC] 2008).
