Hello All, I am starting my Reflexive journal with an apology note for the delay. Last week I was caught with the typhoid and it took a major toll on my health. However, I am progressing towards the better health. I spent all my time fable on bed either registering closely the CELLS programs or taking care of myself. I started the week towards my culture more or less our forte programs on leaders and Management. I started it with the need of these programs and because could think that why, why we need leaders? I read it somewhere that (in organisations) we need leaders to grow, lead and succeed, it should have concourse who can influence the thoughts, attitudes and behaviour and Leadership is a carry through by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the shaping in a way that makes it more cohesive and crystalline to achieve the common goals. Taking it forward I learnt about styles of Leadership i.e, Effective Leadership and Situational leadership.

In which Effective Leadership is focused on Four Circle Model, Casual Model, Expectations and Concerns, self-importance and Learning Style inventory, EQ Competencies and FRLM (Transformational Leadership, Idealized Influence (attributes & behaviours), Inpirational motivation, adroit Simulation, Individual consideration, Transactional Leadership, Contingent Reward, Management by Exception, (active & passive) and Laissez- Faire). It gave me an insight of learning about how leaders learn and acquire their leadership, learn and practice the EI competencies required to be an effective leader and to be long-familiar and understand about FRL Model.
