Es effectuate # 1 Racism and group favorable position is a order that honestly needs to be given a coarse view under a microscope because it is 2011 and it is very sad that a person sex, race and social class matters. I study that large number should look at racism and group superiority form a different perspective and judge people on their own character rather than on their background. I would re every last(predicate)y despise the fact that if I demand the uniform education level as a nonher individual and we are contending for the same position s toilettily because I am a woman and also of color I more than possible go forth be over looked because the person is a phallic and white. On the flip side I eject say that if the two people were contending for the position were a black effeminate and black male it is more than likely that the female will get the position because of how males are stereotyped against. I am not for sure if this value could ever really be applied unless people change their way of thinking. History breaks veritable groups still believe that they are superior to another and as long as people continue to learn and have their fore parents drill ways of the past into their heads it will neer change.

I believe that practicality and efficiency is a value that can be implemented in social life because it is just one of those things that make sense and could become an answer to numerous peoples problems. Many people will examine placement and success instead of chasing a dream. The only publishing I have with this value is that most people may never be truly happy because they will forever possibly think about what could have been. Also, there is not great reward that they will look forward to wakeful up every morning because they more than likely do not love what they do. I am not sure that this can be applied in an American conjunction because this is a decision that people will have to make on their own and in America we are all about freedom.
